Do you know if the dental plan has any waiting periods or yearly maxim dollar amount limitations?
Dose the plan have any office co-pay or yearly deductibles?
Does the dental plan you are reviewing allow for you to go outside their network of dental providers? If so will it affect the covered benefits?
When is the plan effective?

What are your dental needs and are you getting a dental plan that best fit them?
